INTRODUCTION
The WC16 model is another model in our WC series. This model is similar to the WC5 but with higher capacity, which makes it a very attractive commercial unit. Its 16kW burner uses Diesel as the fuel source, and it can be powered by either24V DC or 120V AC.
The WC16 toilet incinerator is ideal in remote areas where a septic tank or sewage system is not in place. Since it can be powered by solar energy it can be placed in off-grid locations. Furthermore, its unique design and high efficiency allows the system to operate with several toilets if needed.

OPERATION
After flushing, all toilet waste is passed through the macerator pump, which is them conveyed to the waste holding tank. A level sensor within the tank alerts the incinerator that there is waste requiring incineration and the incineration process begins.
A measured quantity of waste is pumped into the chamber and combustion commences, whereupon all contents of the chamber are incinerated leaving a sterile chamber. When the incineration process is complete combustion ceases and the incinerator begins its cool down cycle.
If the holding tank level sensor indicates there is still waste in the holding tank level sensor indicates there is still waste in the holding tank, further incinerations are initiated until the tank is empty.
